Manage your team's resources and schedule

Using Acollab’s shared calendar, you can manage the scheduling of your resources. For example, booking a meeting room or a company vehicle can be done using this calendar.

You can indicate available time slots through actual resource management, or book directly on the day/time that suits you.

Additionally, you can use the calendar to manage your collaborators’ schedules… and your own! Everyone can have their own calendar, and of course, you can access an overview of all the calendars you have access to.
